Water-based varnish and glue in one for decoupage technique with glitters for sparkling effect. Spreads easily and evenly. Use the varnish and glue underneath and also on the top of your rice paper or napkin. Soak regular paper before gluing it. On the top, apply from the center moving to the sides removing the air bubbles.
