Water-based, fiber-containing, white paste. Keeps shape and remains absorbent after it is dried. Perfect to use for Sculptural Painting technique or to create 3D decorations. Convenient to use as primer if we need an aquarelle paper like, absorbent surface. It can be colored with pigment pastes in the material itself (we obtain soft pastel tones) or the dried surface can be painted.
